TeeJott came aware of 22-year-old Tom B. online at a website for models, photographers and make-up-artists; in TeeJott’s eyes Tom has a very high potential that can lead this model to the top-ranks of the business. The setting in a high-class-hotel like the Radisson Blu Cologne, Germany is ideal for Tom who fits perfectly in any editorial fashion-shooting. TeeJott: “I wanted to show the broad range of posing and situations that fit to Tom and I have to say it was a great pleasure to work with him, because he is so good at implementing the wishes and ideas of the photographer. Sooner or later he will be among the elite of international male-model-business, I see hem especially heading towards the USA, that’s my prediction. He has already achieved a lot: He is an established Agency-Model, he has won a Contest and can call himself “Mr. Sportswear Germany 2011” and he already shows a high level of professional conduct. Im Rahmen seiner TeeJott-Hotel-Serie präsentiert TeeJott hier ein Shooting im exzellenten Radisson Blu Hotel Köln in Köln-Deutz. Ein sehr schönes Gebäude, das durch seinen skandinavischen Stil überzeugt und damit ein ideales Setting für TeeJott’s neueste „Entdeckung“ darstellt. Wobei es sich nicht um einen klassischen Newcomer sozusagen „von der Straße“ handelt, wie es bei dem Casting-Spezialisten TeeJott öfter vorkommt (um nicht zu sagen: ständig), sondern um ein etabliertes Male-Model mit einer absolut ausgereiften professionellen Performance, das sich auch schon als Agentur-Model top etabliert hat. Sogar einen Titel kann Tom inzwischen sein eigen nennen, seit kurzem ist er der neue „Mr. Sportswear Germany 2011“. Das alles zeugt von einer steilen Karriere. Dabei ist Tom aber ganz locker er selbst geblieben und zeichnet sich durch eine sehr angenehme Umgangsform aus. Nach TeeJott’s Meinung steht Tom eine blendende Karriere bevor: „Ich sehe Tom sogar potentiell in kurzer Zeit als eines der Top-Male-Models im internationalen Bereich, die USA könnte ich mir sehr gut als eine ideale Umgebung vorstellen, aber diese Entwicklungen muss man abwarten; eines steht fest: die besten Anlagen für eine Top-Model-Karriere hat er!“ Da kann man Toms Vorgeschichte als Sportler und Breakdancer sicher als gute Vorarbeit betrachten. Ob TeeJott seinen Stil auch ein wenig in den Stil dieses Models hat einfließen lassen? This time the “hotel”-shooting already started in public transport because these photos in the suburban train from Cologne to Duesseldorf stand symbolically for the place where TeeJott spotted this new model-talent; OK it was actually in the Cologne underground Line No. 1 but in essence it was a situation roughly like on the pictures, a good-looking young man sitting opposite from TeeJott catching the artist’s attention.
Especially the photos in the bathroom of the luxurious hotel-suite show TeeJott’s ability to get more content into a picture than just a precise capture of a person’s look and face but to create virtually a personal encounter with the person on the picture right in the second when looking into the eyes of the respective TeeJott-Model.

Dieses Shooting beginnt dort wo TeeJott seine Neuentdeckung Adrian S. zum ersten Mal gesehen und als potentielles Model angesprochen hat: im ÖPNV. OK, genau genommen entdeckt hat TeeJott Adrian zwar in der Kölner U-Bahn, KVB Linie 1, in so fern ist das nicht ganz exakt, da die hier präsentierten Fotos in der S-Bahn von Köln nach Düsseldorf entstanden sind,aber das Prinzip ist visualisiert: Der ÖPNV als einer der typischen Orte für ein TeeJott-Spontan-Casting. Dahingehend sind diese Aufnahmen zu Beginn der Galerie als eine Allegorie zu sehen.
Für die Bilder im Badezimmer der luxuriöse Hotel-Suite, mit den für das Radisson Blu so charakteristischen, bunten Mosaik-Steinen, sollte man sich Zeit nehmen, da sie eines der Merkmale von typischen TeeJott-Portraitfotografien in besonders ausgeprägter Art und Weise zeigen: Einzelne der Motive werden gleichsam „lebendig“, wenn man dem Model mit Ruhe und Konzentration in die Augen sieht. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, man sei in dem Moment der Aufnahme sozusagen „live“ dabei …

What a fine place for a TeeJott-Photoshooting. TeeJott had the pleasure to shoot one of his newest photoshootings at the Luxury Design-Hotel Radisson Blu Media Harbour in Duesseldorf, Germany. He had with him his „new“ Model Marcel W. who in fact is a rediscovery because some years ago TeeJott had Marcel in front of his Nikon-camera already but that time it was on film material (Nikon F 70) and thus earlier then the „Digital Times“ of today with TeeJott’s D 90 and all the internet-publishing. Well, Marcel saw TeeJott’s new style, loved it and called him and here we go! The high-class-style of the Radisson Blu Media Harbour is modern and open and full of light and thus fits very well to TeeJott’s open and natural style – and models. TeeJott-Model Marcel W. loved the Suite and said that he must keep this Hotel in mind for his next party-night in Duesseldorf; well, after a night of heavy partying this seems indeed to be a fantastic location to relax and wake up in style…
The brilliant news is that TeeJott has planned to have some more shootings in cooperation with Radisson Blu Hotels in the near future; either with new Models and also with Models already known to his fans. Das war mal wieder typisch TeeJott: Nach einigen Jahren der Funkstille meldete sich Marcel W. bei TeeJott wieder. Vor einigen Jahren hatte TeeJott Marcel entdeckt und sah in ihm direkt ein Model-Potential, das es zu heben galt. Marcel war damals zunächst etwas skeptisch, da er jemand ist der sich vor allem für Motoren und Technik interessiert, jemand von dem man sagt „Er hat Benzin im Blut“. Aber TeeJott lies sich nicht beirren, und schaffte es Marcel vor seine damals noch analoge Nikon F 70 zu holen. Und dann geriet der Kontakt in die Wirrungen der Umstellung von analog auf digital bei TeeJott und Marcel war beruflich voll eingespannt – man verlor sich aus den Augen. Als nun aber vor ein paar Monaten Marcel die neue Website „TeeJott-Models“ und den weiterentwickelten Stil von TeeJott sah, war er Feuer und Flamme wieder ein neues Shooting mit TeeJott zu haben. Als Marcel sich dann in einer Suite des luxuriösen Design-Hotels Radisson Blu Media Harbour in Düsseldorf wiederfand, da wusste er: Es war die richtige Entscheidung, sich wieder bei TeeJott zu melden.
Denn das Radisson Blu Media Harbour ist optisch ein Fest und vom Ambiente her sehr angenehm und entspannend und jeder Raum strahlt eine moderne Eleganz aus. Dieses Feeling hat sich auch auf das Shooting übertragen. Kein Wunder, dass sich Marcel das Hotel schon mal für seine nächste Düsseldorfer Partynacht gemerkt hat, denn dieses Hotel ist ein fantastischer Ort zum entspannen und das Aufwachen wird zum Design-Statement.
In Zukunft sind noch einige weitere Shootings von TeeJott in Kooperation mit Radisson Blu Hotels geplant. Dabei werden sowohl TeeJott-Neuentdeckungen als auch bekannten TeeJott-Models zu sehen sein.
