TeeJott-Model Louis F.

Again, here we show to you a gallery that has connotations to the early portrait-shootings by TeeJott (back in the Nineties) when the photo-artist was still working with black and white film-material. Naturally now these pictures are digital data but never the less you can get a feeling that the style woven into the pictures has its roots in the original limitations and mechanisms of traditional black and white photography. With regards to this beautiful model and his expressive eyes: It is fascinating how many different expressions you can find in this gallery. Erneut können wir hier auf der Website ein Beispiel für ein eher traditionell angelegtes Fotoshooting im Schwarz-Weiß-Stil in Form einer Galerie präsentieren. Als der Fotokünstler TeeJott sein neues Model Louis ganz zufällig am Barbarossa-Platz in Köln an der Haltestelle auf die Bahn warten sah, war er sofort von dem wunderschönen Gesicht dieses jungen Mannes mit den jungenhaften Gesichtszügen und vor allem von den Augen fasziniert, die auf jedem Foto eine neue Geschichte erzählen. Es war ein windiger und trüber Tag – und trotzdem: Die Bilderserie entfaltet eine hohe Intensität in der Wirkung der einzelnen Motive und ist von einer zeitlos-wertigen Ästhetik, die eine traditionelle Anmutung (schwarz-weiß) mit einer modernen Vielfalt an Interpretationsmöglichkeiten für die Ausdrücke des Models verbindet.

We have decided to put together a new collection of some really fine pics of TeeJott’s Top-Model Cedric P. taken from two different shootings in 2009 and 2010 because there were so many yet not shown images and it would have been a shame to leave them “hidden” in the digital archives. TeeJott-Model Gary M. won the title: “Mister Westdeutschland 2012”

Gary M. – TeeJott-Model in the photo-calendar “TeeJott 2011” has won the title of “Mister Westdeutschland 2012” (West Deutschland meaning West Germany) – but he is not the first TeeJott-Model with success in this very well-known contest: Already back in 2007/2008 a (then future) TeeJott-Photo-Calendar-Model took part in the finals of the “Mister Germany”-contest, Werner K., and, guess what: he won the contest and became “Mister Germany 2007/2008”. Male-Model-Specialist TeeJott spotted this Male-Model-Talent and had a shooting with the young new model which resulted in one photo to be featured in TeeJott’s Calendar for 2009 – as you can see below. Now it has happened again: TeeJott-Model Gary M. is participant in this year’s final contest of Germany’s best-known contest for good-looking men. TeeJott has quite a “nose” for Male-Model-Talents as he has been able to show time after time, and Gary has already been published as a calendar-model in TeeJott’s calendar 2011. We want to congratulate and wish good luck to Gary for the finals on 10^th of December 2012! And we seize the opportunity to show you part two of TeeJott’s photoshoot with Model Gary M. …

TeeJott-Model Gary M. ist “Mister Westdeutschland 2012” und Endteilnehmer von “Mister Germany”

Wir möchten TeeJott-Model Gary M. zunächst einmal herzlich beglückwünschen für seinen Sieg als „Mister Westdeutschland 2012“ und zugleich drücken wir Gary  ganz fest die Daumen für die Endausscheidung des „Mister Germany“ am 10. Dezember 2011. Warum wir nicht überrascht sind? Nun, es gab schon mal ein TeeJott-Model, das dann späterbei „Mister Germany“ sehr erfolgreich war, naja, erfolgreich ist eventuell etwas untertrieben: Werner K., den einige vielleicht noch als Kalender-Model des TeeJott-Kalenders 2009 kennen (siehe Darstellung oben) gewann den Titel: „Mister Germany 2007/2008“. Da kann man nicht sagen, dass TeeJott ein schlechtes Händchen hat. Wir denken, dass Gary M. sehr gute Chancen auf den Sieg hat und sind sehr gespannt, wie es am 10.12. ausgeht. Bis dahin nutzen wir die Gelegenheit, um den zweiten Teil des TeeJott-Shootings mit Gary M. zu zeigen…

With this second gallery we can witness the variability of TeeJott’s Model Sascha V. – at two very different locations – a port-area in Cologne and a sauna and shower in Duesseldorf –  we get a fascinating insight into the development of this gorgeous TeeJott-Newcomer-Model. Compare it with the first shooting of Sascha V. by TeeJott some months ago – which you can find in the “Model-Overview” – and you will be able to observe a much greater repertoire of looks and facial expressions. Enjoy this photographic “mix” and also take the time to look at the atmospheric pics of the port, too. No wonder that Sascha is one of the Models chosen to be in TeeJott’s Male-Model-Calendar for 2012…

In dieser zweiten Galerie von TeeJott-Model Sascha V. wollen wir die Variabilität von Sascha zeigen. Sascha macht hierbei natürlich insbesondere auch als Wasserballer in Verbindung mit „seinem“ Element dem Wasser eine hervorragende Figur. Wir kannten ihn natürlich schon vom ersten Shooting als den „Nice Guy“ von aus der Nachbarschaft, mit einem charmanten Lachen und strahlenden, klaren Augen – aber der Bad Boy im Fashion-Stil a la Milano Model Scene steht ihm auch. Diese Variabilität konnte TeeJott eigentlich nur erahnen, als er Sascha bei dem Shootingfür den Fantasypride im Phantasialand in Brühl kennenlernte. Nun wissen wir, dass es einen guten Grund hatte, dass TeeJott diesen talentierten Newcomer ohne zu zögern direkt in seinen neuen Kalender genommen hat: der Junge hat Potential! … nun viel Spaß bei diesem variationsreichen Foto-Genuss

TeeJott-Model Paul G.

People who first come across TeeJott’s work mainly see his calendar first or a cover of a magazine and think that he only goes for muscular model-types – well they are wrong. Aside form these more “commercial” types he also likes to work with highly individual people who have their own style. Especially a style-variation sometimes called “independent” is something which casts the photo-artist’s attention again and again. In some way this independent style is sort of an statement-of-art that celebrates individuality and shows a strong sensibility towards the world around us. This intensity is in the centre of TeeJott’s  photographic exploration of that way to “be” called “independent style”. Thus this gallery is more a photo-feature than a photo-collection.

TeeJott-Model Paul G.

Hier präsentieren wir ein weiteres Shooting aus der Independent-Style-Serie von TeeJott, ein Thema das er immer wieder aufgreift und das für Diejenigen, die sein Wirken noch nicht so lange verfolgen zunächst sehr überraschend ist. Kennen viele doch vor allem die wunderhübschen Male-Models, die u.a. seine Kalender zieren und teils Karrieren als Fashion-Model, Schauspieler usw. machen. Jedoch zieht es sich wie ein roten Faden – wenn auch ein sehr feiner Faden – durch TeeJotts nun über 16 Jahre währendes fotokünstlerisches Schaffen, dass sein Auge auch immer wieder auf Manifestationen von Melancholie, Sensibilität, Hoffnungen und Träumen fällt und damit auch auf eine Erkennbarkeit der Sehnsucht nach einer „Alternative“ zum tristen „Standard“. Der sogenannte „Independent Style“ ist repräsentativ für ein solches bewusstes Heraustreten aus dem Einerlei des konservativen Standards. Jedoch ist dieser Stil gerade dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwar vorgibt ein bestimmter Stil zu sein (z.B. durch bestimmte Piercings etc.), jedoch ist es zugleich klarer Bestandteil von „independent“, dass jeder Einzelne individuell eine Neudefinition dieses Stils anhand seiner Person vornimmt. Dies sind sicher zu abstrakte Überlegungen, um auf das konkrete Shooting passgenau anwendbar zu sein, jedoch bieten sie einen Schlüssel für TeeJotts generellen Ansatz der Mehr-Ebenen-Botschaft. Seine Bilder lassen sich oberflächlich, tiefgründig und manchmal sogar philosophisch deuten. Gerade bei diesem Shooting finden sich Foto-Aufnahmen die als Beispiel für diese unterschiedlichen Interpretationsebenen dienen können. Gefühlsbetonter formuliert: Ein genauer Blick in die Augen des Models Paul G. zeigt: es geht mehr, um „schöne“ Augen, es geht um die Aufwertung des hier und jetzt zu einem besonderen Moment, den man genießen sollte, weg von der Hektik, weg vom Schnell-Schnell.

TeeJott-Model René J.

This visit by Model Renè J. is now one year ago, when this gorgeous young man traveled from Wiesbaden to Cologne. Well, now René doesn’t even live in Wiesbaden any more, he has moved to his favorite Town: Berlin. So this shooting is also a photo-documentary of an event that took place in October 2010. The background-story is that TeeJott had worked with René already as a Model because he once shot several merchandising-campaigns for an event in the “funpark” Phantasialand in Bruehl near Cologne and one of the models back then was René. TeeJott was fascinated by the young, athletic and masculine type and those cute eyes… and in October 2010 he managed to get René in front of his camera for a Solo. Will the two come together for a new shooting some day? Who knows.Time will tell.

Vor vielen Jahren hatte TeeJott das Model René J. schon einmal vor seiner Kamera und zwar für einige Werbefotos für ein Event im Phantasialand in Brühl und er war begeistert. Einige Jahre gingen ins Land und die beiden sahen sich immer mal per Zufall, ein Shooting wurde beschlossen, aber es dauerte dann noch bis Oktober 2010, bis es endlich zu einem Shooting kam. René war da schon aus beruflichen Gründen in Wiesbaden ansässig und kam mit dem ICE angereist. Die Ergebnisse dieses Shootings sind nun in diese Galerie hier auf der Website geflossen und sie fangen bei Model René J. sehr gut die Kombination aus jungem, sportlichem und maskulinem Typ ein, der mit seinen wunderbaren Augen einen Blick senden kann, der einen nicht so schnell  loslässt. Bei diesem Shooting ist es so, dass es sogar besonders ergiebig ist, sich die Galerie zweimal hintereinander anzusehen, da beim zweiten Betrachten die Tiefe und Komposition gerade auch der Portraits besonders stark zum Ausdruck kommt. Inzwischen hat es René in seine absolute Lieblingsstadt verschlagen: nach Berlin. Ob die beiden irgendwann noch einmal ein gemeinsames Shooting auf die Beine stellen. Wir werden sehen. Vielleicht rafft sich TeeJott einfach mal in die deutsche Hauptstadt auf!

TeeJott-Model Christiano M.

This Casting-Shooting was the first camera-test of 18-year-old Christiano M. who was spotted by TeeJott on the internet on a social media platform. He had some pictures from the fitness-center online and thus TeeJott was able to see his well-trained body. You can see that this young new model-talent is still a little bit shy, but with TeeJott’s Model-Training and experience it might well be that Christiano will look much more focused. Take now a closer look for yourself how you would rate the potential of this newcomer.

Der 18-jährige Christiano M. wurde von TeeJott sozusagen ausnahmsweise im Internet entdeckt und zwar in einem Sozialen Netzwerk, wo dieser u.a. auch Fitness-Fotos von sich eingestellt hatte, auf denen man seinen guten Körperbau sehen konnte. Das vorliegende Shooting war ein eher kurzes, ca. zweistündiges Model-Casting-Shooting mit dem TeeJott erst einmal testen wollte, was alles in diesem Newcomer steckt. Für TeeJott ist klar: „Ich werde in nächster Zeit intensiver mit diesem Newcomer zusammenarbeiten, um ihn aufzubauen und bin gespannt, ob er die von mir gesteckten Ziele annehmen wir und die Chance nutzt. Da ich aber sehr zufrieden damit war, wie er bisher alle meine Vorgaben 1A umgesetzt hat, denke ich schon, dass ich Christiano beim nächsten Shooting noch besser in Szene setzen kann.“  Man darf gespannt sein.

Die Medien-Reaktion auf TeeJott’s Models is sehr gut und als ein aktuelles Beispiel kann man ein Feature auf der internationalen Männer-Model- und Mode-Website MENSRUNWAY.FR  aus Frankreich sehen und darüber wollten wir hier kurz berichten! Tom B. ist ganz offensichtlich auf dem Weg nach oben und wir wünschen ihm dabei viel Erfolg. TeeJott hat mal wieder einen guten Spürsinn für junge Male-Model-Talente bewiesen. Der Kölner Fotokünstler ist sich sicher, dass Tom auf der internationalen Ebene sein volles Potential erst noch ausschöpfen wird und die erste Reaktion im Bereich der internationalen Male-Model-Medien ist schon brilliant.
